The Governor Gear Materials Chest always gives the same bundle. The Governor Gear Variety Chest and Random Governor Charm Material Chest give one random reward using the odds below. The Governor Gear chests are usable from Town Center Lv. 22 and the Charm chest from Lv. 25.
