Give Reservoirs access to the area you want cleared
Reservoir workers start with nearby cacti. Place the Reservoir near the area you want to open; rotating it does not directly choose a target. Different cacti have different durability, so equal-looking patches need not take equal time.
Use collection and visits efficiently
- Workers can continue while you are offline. The official FAQ distinguishes that output from the greater efficiency while you are actually viewing Oasis Island.
- Collect the Fountain before its storage fills. Its Water Essence capacity corresponds to twelve hours of production.
- Help available allied Fountains for extra Water Essence, and check the help cooldown rather than repeatedly revisiting an unavailable island.
- Compare the next Reservoir upgrade against the Fountain or decoration upgrade it would delay. Do not calculate a guaranteed clearing time from animation speed alone.
Use treasure locations with their confidence labels
The map lets you show cacti, treasure, both or neither, then inspect a point. Chest locations and contents include community-sourced information with unresolved assignments. Treat an unconfirmed marker as a place to check in game, not a promise of a specific reward. Clearing all cacti unlocks the Purifier; review its reference for the post-clearing Water Essence source.
