Optimised allocationGeneric shards go to the cheapest targets you can finish first, so as many heroes as possible reach their target. Needed counts from 0★, after recruiting. Recruiting takes 10 of the hero's own shards (20 for Amadeus, 40 for Chenko), and generic shards cannot be used for it.
