How it works
The word “Custom” means the reward is selected when the chest is opened; it does not make every hero eligible. Rarity and generation are part of the chest name, so always inspect its contents before choosing a shard.
Variants
| Item | Effect |
|---|---|
| Custom Epic Hero Shard Chest | Offers an eligible Epic hero shard from the chest’s fixed list |
| Custom Mythic Hero Shard Chest | Offers an eligible Mythic hero shard from the chest’s fixed list |
