Where losses go
| Outcome | Recovery rule |
|---|---|
| Severely injured with Infirmary space | Enter the Infirmary for healing. |
| Severely injured beyond Infirmary capacity | The Enlistment Office can save 70% of this overflow, subject to its capacity. |
| Troops killed directly in an offensive battle | The Enlistment Office does not revive them. |
| Enlistment capacity | Four times Infirmary capacity. Existing reserves occupy that space. |
| Loyalty | Only accumulates while troops are in the Enlistment Office. |
Example: overflow is not total casualties
If 10,000 severely injured troops exceed Infirmary capacity, the 70% rule makes 7,000 eligible for enlistment before the office’s capacity limit. It does not mean that 70% of every death in a battle can be recovered.
Check the event’s casualty rules
Casualty categories vary by battle. The official example for attacks on another Town gives direct deaths as 35% of the attacker’s casualties; King’s Castle casualties fill the Infirmary before further losses die. Use the current event rules when assessing risk.
