Begin with a layout you can adapt
Open the builder under Planning and choose a designed layout or start empty. Use the illustrated item library and its filters to find a building or decoration. The plan is saved on this device; it does not read or change your in-game island. Export the plan if you want a backup or to move it to another device.
Place, adjust and confirm
- Choose an item and position its ghost preview. Adjust its position, facing and available level before accepting the tick. Cancel leaves the preview unplaced.
- If a new item overlaps existing ones, review the replacement list before confirming. This is useful when swapping a building without manually clearing every occupied cell.
- Use Select for individual or group edits, and Erase for removing several items. On a keyboard, Shift-drag can select an area; mobile users can use the visible selection controls.
- Use Undo when an edit changes more than intended. Copy or export important designs before a large rebuild.
Review the plan and export deliberately
Island options control level signs and wandering people. They are presentation settings, not added buildings. Image export accepts presets or custom dimensions; larger images require more time and memory, and rendering can be cancelled. Use the materials CSV to review planned items and recorded costs, while checking any blank or unavailable acquisition costs in game.
