How it works
A Mythic Generic Hero Shard can replace one hero-specific shard when ascending an eligible Mythic hero already owned by the player. It cannot unlock an unowned hero. Helga and Amadeus are excluded and require their specific shards. The game calls it a Mythic General Hero Shard: use it to get a Mythic Hero Shard for a hero you already own.
